Get Involved Before It`s Too Late!

Truly God is using these ministries to spread the GOOD NEWS of Jesus and His love. He is truly opening doors and we must be faithful and enthusiastic in following and carrying out His commands.

"But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God." Acts 20:24 (KJV)

These precious people have very little but they love the Lord and are so appreciative. With a little help they soon become self-supportive. In Kinshasha three to five hundred American dollars ($300 - $500) will buy fifty (50) acres of fertile land. Can we all help those in need with very heavy burdens and many souls to care for? Every child of God is part of Christ's sheepfold. And Jesus said, "Feed my sheep." God help us to help them!

"Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch." Mark 13:35-37

"And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature." Mark 16:15

Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest. And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together. And herein is that saying true, One soweth, and another reapeth. I sent you to reap that whereon ye bestowed no labour: other men laboured, and ye are entered into their labours. John 4:35-38

Always be joyful, always keep on praying, always be thankful no matter what happens.
"Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. 1Thes 5:16-17

Remember we may not be able to "go" physically but we can "go" with our giving and prayers.
"And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be." Rev. 22:12 (KJV) Thank God for all He has done. Anything God gives is precious. AMEN! Our brothers and sisters are hungry for God and obedient to His call. They just need the tools.

God make us like Nehemiah. "So the wall was finished in the twenty and fifth day of the month Elul, in fifty and two days." Neh 6:15 How did he do it? Nehemiah had confidence in a great and powerful God - He may have doubted his own ability but he never doubted God's. His book is full of prayers - silent ones - short ones - specific ones!

Will you pray with us for these pressing needs?

  1. Ezra Bible Center, Kinshasha, Congo - A meeting place is desperately needed. Presently, the rent is very high and has been tripled since they have begun.

The room they rent from Regideso was packed with close to 200 people on the first day that the ministry was officially opened. On new year's eve close to three hundred people filled this room .

A place of their own would facilitate the vision for other Ministries to begin and a place where these believers can meet every day for prayer. Also a larger facility is required for the larger number of people coming to the church. The local pastors need a place to meet for retreats.
  2. Musical instruments are needed for the church and for outreach ministries. Since the people of Congo love music, this is a tool they can use to attract large crowds and bring them into the church.
  3. Wisdom and guidance for the multitude of tasks at hand.
  4. A piece of land with the purpose of using it for crops. In this way they will become self-supportive.
  5. Continue to pray for the ministries in Dar-es-salaam and Kigoma.

When God uses people like YOU and ME, it makes us realize that our source is not in ourselves - but in HIM alone. Remember Caleb? At eighty-five he was still growing, and grabbing the future (Joshua 14:12). When he should have been in comfortable retirement, he was out fighting giants and claiming mountains. While his friends were yawning–he was yearning. Every time the sun came up, it was a new adventure for him.

-Caleb had a "different spirit" from those around him.
-Caleb believed that through God it could be done - even when others said it couldn't.
-Caleb had a vision (dream) that time nor circumstance could diminish.
-Caleb even in old age remained young at heart and totally committed to God!

LET US ASK GOD TO GIVE US THE SPIRIT OF CALEB
God's richest blessings be yours and be looking for updates as we receive news from the field. AMEN!
