Ezra Ministries
Expands to India
Officially Ezra Ministries was registered as a Trust
Non-profitable Organisation in India, in April 2004.
Thanking God, we have officially received a registration
number for Ezra Ministries - India. This newest branch
will be headed by Pastor Boosa Moses, our Chairman
and official ministry representative. He will also
oversee all other Asian activities in this part of
the world. We want to thank the Lord for how He has
used Pastor Moses with the team of faithful servants
God has given him to establish this work.
The registration for “Ezra Ministries of India
Trust” was a miracle of its kind when we consider
how God has quickly surprised us here at the International
Headquarters and the servants who were anxiously waiting
to hear form the Government after submitting our International
tailored Constitution of God in India. Because India
is a new Chapter in the history of Ezra Ministries,
we feel we are standing by faith on a land that is
in serious need of the Gospel of Christ.
Some Spiritual Facts About India
Based on reports we have received from one of the
applicant pastors from India, we have been informed
that, “India contains 1/6 of the world's population,
One billion souls of which are 81% Hindu, 12% Muslim,
4.4% other, and only 2.3% Christian. Over 999,000,000
people do not know or have a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ.” Brothers and Sisters, this
is a great indictment. There are many lost souls.
It is well known that India worships many, many gods,
all of which are destroying souls, burying and burning
men and women alive by the fires of hell, in their
worship of all kinds of insects and animals such as
rats, dogs, cows, buffalos, goats, horses, snakes,
monkeys, chimpanzees, gorillas, birds and many other
creatures. To put this simply, many people are lost
in worshipping creatures and nature just as people
at Corinth did in Paul’s era. Worshipping nature
is loving and worshipping a futile dead god who cannot
save or answer prayer.

Until today, we have heard news that some tribes
in remote rural villages of India, have still have
not heard the name of Jesus. Some offer their children
as a sacrifice in religious rituals to gods. We please
ask that you pray diligently for the calling we have
received to expand this work in India. We are hoping
that through this office, God will fulfil the vision
he revealed to Rev. Kasheke in 1992, of operating
a Children=s Centre in Cambodia, to meet the needs
of children who have been abandoned by parents who
are unable to provide for them, therein having no
other recourse than to leave them to die in the streets.
God having given us this opportunity to reach India,
we believe He will give us power and authority to
fight the powers of darkness which have controlled
this nation.
Just as Paul preached to the Corinthians in Iconium,
Athens and Corinth, (Acts 14:12-16; 17:17-34; 18:8)
directing them to the true God who hears, heals, delivers
and answers prayer, the call to Ezra Ministries, and
of course, many other Christian organisations and
ministries who believe in God's power, is that these
people need to hear the Gospel of the good news of
Christ of Nazareth preached to them by Holy Ghost
filled ministers. We feel compelled at Ezra Ministries
to take the Good news of God's Kingdom to them - into
their villages, cities, markets places, and parks
so that the resurrected Christ will set at liberty
those who are bound by these idols. In accordance
to our vision, as commissioned by Christ, we need
to preach His Gospel to every creature – and
this is what we intend to do now that we are registered.
We cannot express enough the joy and satisfaction
we feel each time we see Ezra Ministries enter a county
or a huge continent like Asia and we see people saved
and transformed. We believe here in Canada without
a doubt, that through these “on fire”
ministers filled with the Holy Ghost God has given,
and the wise leadership Christ has carefully selected
to work with in India, the mission of India will expand
to the whole Asia spreading like wildfire.
Recently, we received an email from Pastor Moses
sharing with us the small evangelistic expedition
he conducted with some other pastors and leaders.
