Orphanages |
Currently, Ezra Ministries equips and operates orphanages
in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania, Africa and Kigoma which
is close to Lake Tangayika on the border of the Democratic
Republic of Congo, Africa, for children who have suffered
abuse, neglect and have lost their fathers and mothers
and have no other family to take care of them. These
homes supply each child with the basic necessities
of food, water, clothing, shelter, schooling, medical
aid, Biblical teaching and lots of love so that they
may become responsible, resourceful and productive

LatterRain |
 Halifax
based modern rock group “LatterRain,”
was formed in 2001 by three brothers; Matt Riendeau,
Josh Riendeau, and Josiah Riendeau, along with long-time
friend Craig Baltzer. In 2004 they were joined by
Aaron Rogers.
LatterRain’s first performances were held in
small venues, barns, and outdoor patios, and many
of them included leading worship at summer youth camps.
From these humble beginnings LatterRain has grown
and seen an extensive series of live performances
on bigger stages and arenas across the Maritimes as
a supporting act for well-known international acts
such as Reuben Morgan, Tree 63, Salvador, Starfield,
and Joy Williams. LatterRain has also performed with
local Canadian acts such as The Contact and Three
Season Ant and has been headlining many Christian
festivals such as “Elevate.06” and “Ablaze

Since we realize the value and importance of planting
seeds in children at a young age, our teachers are
trained to equip our young students with sound Biblical
truths that will develop them into Godly men and women.
Prayer and study of the Word of God are vital in preparation
for teaching and molding young lives. 
We minister to youth around the world through evangelistic
outreaches such as street and prison ministries, concerts,
youth camps and youth rallies. Many delinquents and
those bound by bondages and addictions have been set
free and rehabilitated
The Naomi Ministry, focuses on helping women of God
to understand the beauty that God gave them to enhance
the fellowship of the body both in her home and the
church and to discover their value as a powerful life-giver
and helper to their husband and as a provider of care
to herself, her husband and children both biologically
and spiritually. These teachings are done through
a series of teachings, seminars and workshops and
counseling where both the husband and wife are involved.
The Elijah Ministry, builds and rebuilds a man’s
focus on Godly principles which prepare him for the
leadership role that He has been given as a father,
husband and provider for protection spiritually, physically,
mentally and emotionally; first to the wife, then
to the children and finally to the body of Christ.
These teachings are done through a series of teachings,
seminars and workshops and counseling where both the
husband and wife are involved. 
This ministry differs from the orphan ministry in
that it is designed to equip children of poor families
with the basic necessities. (Food, clothing, schooling
and medical care is given to those children who have
a father or mother or both but they are not able to
care for their children adequately) If these little
ones are not helped, they will die due to hunger,
malnutrition or disease. 
Ezra Ministries has ministered the gospel to those
in Dorchester Penitentiary, N.B. and the Nova Scotia
Justice Services and to those in Tanzania and Kinshasa,
Africa through outreach singing groups, preaching
and prayer. These outreaches have bore much fruit
for the Kingdom of God. Follow up programs include
visitation, prayer, Bible studies and Bible teaching
by way of correspondence. 
Ezra Ministries equips pastors for pastoral leadership
and service as well as evangelism and mission work.
All candidates for ordination must comply with Ezra
Ministries vision and call for ministry and regulations
and must be approved by a Credentials Committee (located
in Halifax, N.S., Canada) before any man or woman
can be ordained under the umbrella of Ezra Ministries.
The
Gladness Band is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia,
Canada. They are an annointed evangelistic outreach
arm of Ezra Ministries dedicated to:
